A kiln of our own production

At the site in the Moscow Region, we started testing a charcoal kiln of our own production. With the same productivity as the current ones – 60 tons of charcoal per month – the new kiln is more mobile; it can be transported from one site to another.

Another significant qualitative difference from the current models is that the new kiln reduces the number of coal transfers from baskets to quenchers and stabilizers. The process has become more closed, and this allows saving more coarse coal, previously crushed during pouring.

After passing the tests, we will start the industrial production of kilns; we will sell them or lend them, and we will be able to accept payments with finished products.
